Professional Bio

Nicole is a dedicated community advocate and experienced human services professional with a strong background in education, housing stability, and workforce development. She brings a people-centered approach to her work, focusing on building meaningful relationships and empowering individuals and families to achieve long-term stability and success.

With experience in public schools as a Health Room Assistant and Attendance Specialist, Nicole has supported students and families by addressing barriers to attendance, promoting student well-being, and strengthening communication between schools and communities. Her work has contributed to improved engagement and more consistent student attendance.

Nicole has also served as an Employment Specialist with World Relief, where she supported individuals from diverse backgrounds in securing sustainable employment. Through personalized coaching, job readiness training, and employer partnerships, she helped clients navigate complex systems and build pathways toward economic independence.

In addition, her experience in housing stability and case management has equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges families face during times of crisis. She is passionate about connecting people to resources, advocating for equitable access to services, and supporting holistic, family-centered solutions.

As a member of the CHAMPS Board of Directors, Nicole is committed to advancing the organization’s mission, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring that programs reflect the needs and voices of those they serve.
