Here you can register to host a resource or marketplace booth, volunteer, sponsor, trunk or treat, provide entertainment or a children activity at our annual Harvest Fest Takeover. Coming to this event is like a community family reunion.
*Deadline to sign up for vendor booth, trunk or treat, entertainment, food truck is September 26, 2025 @ 5pm.

For sponsorships between $2,500-$15,000 the deadline to be on marketing material is September 30. Otherwise it will only show on the website.

Leafy Showers $500-1,499

Gathering Crops $1,500-$2,499
Medium-sized logo placement on printed materials, two booth space, table, two chairs and logo on sponsor banner.
Season of Thanks $2,500-$4,999
Large logo placement on printed materials, two booth spaces, 2 table, 4 chairs and logo on sponsor banner.
Autumn Sensations $5,000-$10,000
Large logo placement on printed materials, name mention in advertising, and up to three booths, 3 tables, 6 chairs.

Bountiful Harvest $15,000+
Title listing, large logo placement on printed materials, name mention in advertising, and as many booths as you want. Additional benefits negotiable.
