About

For 42 years I have been the primary caregiver for my dis-abled daughter. In those 42 years I have had one vacation. As a long-term caregiver I'm aware of burn-out.

Burnout can happen when you don’t get the help you need, or if you try to do more than you’re able -- either physically or financially. Caregivers who are "burned out" may have fatigue, stress, anxiety, and depression. Many caregivers also feel guilty if they spend time on themselves rather than on their ill or elderly loved ones.

We're here to change that by partnering with businesses that can support long-term caregivers wishing and needing RREST.
